I. General Information
Eligibility
All competitors must be members in good standing of
a club having membership in USFS. A competitor may also
enter as an individual member of USFS or as a member of a
probationary club provided that entry is accompanied by a
signed certification by the skater that he or she is properly
qualified to participate in the event(s) entered.
